Feet are soaked and lightly exfoliated using a sugar scrub. Nails & cuticles are trimmed & shaped. Callus softener is applied to help remove hard and dry skin. Calluses are filed and buffed. For the most experienced massage lover. Deep tissue massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slower strokes and pressure on the contracted areas. Focus is on deeper muscle layers and is usually integrated with other massage techniques.

This unique treatment involves the use of hot and cool stones, which when applied to the body bring out feelings of serenity and are particularly effective in relieving stiffness and pain from muscle joints. Therapeutic stones have an amazing healing energy that has been used for this purpose around the world for hundreds of years. Warm stones encourage blood and oxygen exchange, the warmth on the skin allows for the absorption of moisturizing and therapeutic oils while preparing the muscles for deeper work by the therapist.
Prenatal Massage
A nurturing and relaxing experience, specific techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts as in low back, legs and feet, and enhance the emotional well being of both mother and fetus. Postpartum massage helps to rebalance structure and emotions of the new mother.
Chair or Seated Massage
- 10-30 Minutes (10 minute minimum) $1.00 per min.
