Warm stones encourage blood and oxygen exchange, the warmth on the skin allows for the absorption of moisturizing and therapeutic oils while preparing the muscles for deeper work by the therapist.
Prenatal Massage
A nurturing and relaxing experience, specific techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts as in low back, legs and feet, and enhance the emotional well being of both mother and fetus. Postpartum massage helps to rebalance structure and emotions of the new mother.
Chair or Seated Massage
